MY URBAN TRAIL GROUP HIKES!

We are all about encouraging people to get outdoors and that is exactly why we started our free group hikes! They are a perfect way to meet other like-minded hikers both aspiring and experienced, as well as discovering amazing, accessible walks that you can enjoy whilst we guide you along the way! Come join us for a free family friendly day out!

OUR NEXT GROUP HIKE:

Sunday 6th APRIL, KISDON HILL & KELD FROM MUKER, YORKSHIRE

When: Meet at 9am for a 9:30am set-off

Where: Meet outside The Farmers Arms pub in Muker, DL11 6QG

Accommodation: We will be staying at the Ushagap campsite, Muker the night before. There are a range of campsites, hostels, B&B's nearby if you would like to make the most of your trip to the Yorkshire Dales.

Difficulty: ‘MODERATE', 6.2 MILES

Places of interest: A steep incline to begin with up Kisdon Hill, a lovely meander through Keld village to take us to the beautiful East Gill Force waterfall where we'll rest and take a dip if you fancy (pop-up tent will be provided for changing), gentle walk back through the valley with great views of the valley.

Parking: Pay & Display car park, cash or Ring Go App, parking also around the village if get there early enough. Public toilets in the village for 20p (bring some change).

Post-hike pub: The Farmers Arms- Only do roast dinners on Sunday.

Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are allowed but must be on leads due to large volume of sheep.

Don't forget your £1 contribution for Mountain Rescue (can pay by card)

Our Previous Hikes!

So far we have had 20 hikes that can range from 15-60 people varying in ages, abilities and including people in groups as well as those on their own. There is nothing better than meeting like-minded people for a great day outdoors!
