Can I buy MY URBAN TRAIL Clothing in any shops?
We currently don’t have any independent stores or stocked in other shops, however we do attend shows and events across the Wales, England and Scotland. For our events overview and to see if we are coming to a show near you, please visit our EVENTS CALENDAR.
Can I redeem gift cards at shows?
Yes you can no problem however the customer must have the physical gift card or egift card voucher to hand and no discounts can be applied.
What is your size range?
For our TRAILBLAZER Leggings and Shorts, we offer sizes XXS (UK6/8) to 2XL (UK22/24).
Our Jackets also go up to a 3XL however this is more a UK20/22 size.
Leggings, Fleeces, T-shirts and Sports Tops are very generous in sizing however our coats are more true to size fit i.e. M is UK12.
How should I care for my leggings?
For washing, we would encourage turning your leggings inside-out and washing on a 30C wash and no tumble-drying. Try avoiding contact with velcro materials. Any further questions or concerns, please contact support@myurbantrail.com and we will help you solve asap.
What size leggings should I order?
Feel free to drop us a message via our chat service and we can help best advise based on body shape, activity preferences etc. However generally, our TRAILBLAZER leggings are very stretchy, so most customers tend to downsize i.e. a size UK12 would be a S and UK14 a M.
We also have free returns and free exchanges to make sure you can get the correct size for you.
Do you deliver outside of UK?
Yes we do. We currently deliver standard tracked delivery across Europe (£10.99), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Dubai (all £14.99). If you would like to order to any other country please email support@myurbantrail.com and we can provide a shipping quote.
How can I update my contact preferences?

Do you offer a NHS or other Services discounts?
Yes, we offer 10% off for NHS, Police, Fire, British Armed forces and many more superb services helping across the country. Please message us via the chat and we will arrange this for you.
How do I return or exchange a garment?
You have 30 days from ordering to return or exchange any garments for free. Please visit our returns page for all details and to produce a returns label through our Royal Mail portal. You can also exchange a garment for either a different size, different colour or different product altogether at the same value.
I can’t find my receipt for my order?
Lost receipt, no problem, please contact us at support@myurbantrail.com and we will double check your email with you and make sure you receive a copy of your receipt.
